Bettina Oertel-Lembke is European Secretary and IPE coach for children and young people. As a secretary and personal assistant, she worked in corporations and medium-sized companies in different branches of industry before shifting her focus to family management. She lived abroad for several years and speaks German, English and French. She now concentrates her efforts on child and youth coaching, accompanying families in the context of international assignments and in the field of business coaching.
Viktor Lembke studied European Business Administration in Germany and France and worked in management and leadership positions with international market leaders for many years. His primary focus was in the area of sales and marketing involved with business in more than 50 countries, and he lived in France, the USA and Egypt for several years. As a certified intercultural trainer (dgikt) and business coach (Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Federal Association of Certified Trainers and Business Coaches), he has devoted himself with great enthusiasm to the areas of strategy, leadership, marketing, sales, change management, motivation and success. He speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
